LATE ENTRIES
Please note the entry deadline for tournament registration. If past the entry deadline, please send an e-mail to ebonham@ckgtour.com. If accepted, you will be notified by phone or by e-mail. If you wish to send your entry by mail, make sure your entry postmark meets the deadline. Please mail it to P.O. Box 55773, Valencia, CA 91385.
REFUND POLICY
If a participant withdraws from a C.K.G. Tour event nine days prior to the date of play, there will be a refund of the entry fee less a $15 cancellation fee. If a participant withdraws from a C.K.G. Tour event less than nine days of the date of play, there will be no refund. There are no exceptions. All refund requests must be in writing.

Please include the date of the event and the tournament site for which you are requesting a refund. The postmark on your mail will determine the date of your request. The membership fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable. We would love to be able to refund money for cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (sickness, injury, etc.), however we cannot since we already made a contract with the course to pay the number of participants as of the cancellation deadline. Thank you for your understanding.

Tee Times and Starting Times
Starting tee times are indicated on each tournament on the website. Player’s individual tee times are posted two days prior of the event. All players should check in at the registration table 30 minutes prior to his/her designated tee time. Plan to arrive at the first tee 10 minutes before tee time. Missed tee time -- maximum score of double par plus one per hole.

Inclement Weather
Any decisions regarding weather delays and/or cancellations will be made on-site the day of each event by the C.K.G. Tournament Staff in conjunction with the Golf Course Superintendent, Golf Professionals and current weather forecasts. No make-ups are available. The C.K.G. Tour is not responsible for the weather and everything possible is done to get in an event, even if we have to reduce the number of holes to a stipulated round. In the case of a shortened event, participants will still receive full ranking points based on the corresponding ranking chart and trophies and Medalist awards will be presented. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for weather related shortened tournaments.
